The hotel is conveniently located near the river, making it easy to catch a boat to Pier 15. It is also in a quiet location, not far from the city centre. it is very close to a pier for Thai boat or normal boat trips, providing easy access to transportation and sightseeing opportunities.
The mattresses in the hotel are quite firm, which may not suit everyone's preference.

The staff were helpful and nice. The rooms were nice and well-equipped. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. The location in the older part of the city gave a real Bangkok experience. The staff assisted with taxi services and even helped us safely cross the road.

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect, situated in a charming local neighborhood that was quieter and less touristy. It was within walking distance to an awesome fresh food market, and the nearby Pier #15 made it convenient for exploring the city. The service was exceptional, with room service, dry cleaning, and bicycle hire available. The housekeeping was top-notch, ensuring that our room was always clean and comfortable. We were also impressed with the warm welcomes from the staff, who were always willing to share helpful tips about the area. The hotel amenities were also excellent, with air conditioning, a balcony, and an in-room safe to ensure our comfort and security. The continental breakfast offered a variety of options, including special diet menus to accommodate different preferences.
